We take the utmost care in looking after your jewellery. It's booked in by one of our trained and skilled team, and photographed at the same time. We'll print or email you a receipt and then keep you updated as to progress via phone, message or email. Our communication with you is important to us - you're in good hands!

Whilst most of our repairs will have a fixed price, there are occasions where we will need to work out a quote for you - maybe to source a specific gemstone, or particular components. We'll keep you updated and often provide a list of options to choose from. One of our skilled team will take care of you personally. 

Performing repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible, our typical timeframe for most repairs is 5 to 15 working days.

We will keep you updated via phone, email, or text message to let you know when your jewellery repairs are complete.

Need to fix jewellery quicker?

No worries! In most cases, with advanced booking, we can carry out your jewellery repairs while you wait: Subject to capacity and the specific repair required and a small fee, an Express Jewellery Repair Service is available (between 1- 4 hours).

In the last few years, for environmental, sentimental, and economic reasons, we’ve noticed recycling older or unworn jewellery is becoming more popular.

So, not only are we committed to providing you with the best jewellery repair service in town. We’re also dedicated to recycling your older or unworn pieces into new bespoke jewellery designs.

You may have a box full of rings, chains or jewellery that you’ve collected or inherited. They may be the wrong size, in need of repair or not to your taste.

We can melt down most examples of old jewellery and rework them into something new and unique. If required we can add more precious metal and sometimes reuse your gemstones or source new ones.

Using this technique we can create many items of jewellery, from rings, bangles and earrings to pendants and brooches. All the while keeping an emotional connection to the past.

Our minimum charge for jewellery repair service is £50, below is an indicative jewellery repair price list. If we have capacity and the repair is easy, our express fee for 1 to 2 day service is £35 extra. Contact us if you'd like to know if we have capacity for express service.

We always need to see an item for an accurate quote that can be provided for you while you wait, or a few days after depending on the work required.
