All items should be collected within 6 months of notification. We reserve the right to dispose of, or sell, uncollected repairs in order to recoup any fees owing, and/ or to free storage space.
After this we will issue a 'notice of disposal' and 3 months after that a 'notice to sell'.
Our process adheres to the National Association of Jewellers Code of Practice.
