For many watch brands Jacobs provides a watch repair service via independent watch workshops who can help and provide estimates on demand.
Typical time frames for watch repairs are 3 to 8 weeks, though if diagnosis (which can take 3 to 4 weeks) reveals parts are required, this can sometimes be nearer to 12 weeks.
Battery changes + spare watch straps: in house or off site
We also offer in house battery changes on a limited number of watch types.
Please note in house watch batteries, if we are able to fit them, will not leave your watch water resistant. If an in house battery is fitted and soon after your watch becomes erratic once more, it may be the movement itself is faulty and will require off site service. For water resistancy in your watch, off site service is required.
