Consisting of a central cushion cut blue sapphire in a four claw setting, with a surround of 9 petal shapes set with a total of 25 round brilliant cut diamonds all in four claw settings. There are a further 2 diamonds set into the leaf shaped bail which hangs on an 18" fine belchor chain. Chain included.
